Sorry, but I'm not up to speed on all the latest bp morphs. Was this the first time it was produced? I would love to see what it looks like as an adult. I'll bet that the lavender/purple color is just going to glow as it gets older.

Yes this was a first and it takes alot of work on the breeders part and some good luck. You have to breed 2 different morphs together to produce double hets and raise them to breeding age before you even have a shot. A double het to double het breeding has a 1 in 16 chance of producing a double morph. Since ball pythons usually have 5-8 egg clutches basically statisticly out of 16 eggs only one will be a double morph. You hope the moph god shines your way!
