What is the message board about?

We started the message board to bring a community together. There are lots of reptile message boards on the web but we wanted to create a very positive community where every level of experience is welcome. The board is in its infancy but growing daily and we will be adding new features as the forum grows. We encourage input from the members and depend on your thoughts and ideas to help influence the direction of the forum. We want to make this a safety zone to ask the most beginning questions like (What should I feed my Ball Python ?) to very advanced questions about genetics or health issues. We can learn from each other as a group and hopefully become friends and mentors , teachers and students or someone to vent to! Ball pythons are fascinating reptiles and we all have a trick or have experienced a situation we can all learn from. I don't care if you don't even own a Ball Python you are welcome here and you will learn plenty here if you desire. We are working on the newbie pages and hope to have time to get them finished soon. We may add a classified section for the members as soon as we get some involvement. E mail your ideas ! We want to offer features not seen on any other board! We currently have a contest in progress for a pos het for lavender albino and have some awesome ideas for promoting the site. We are breeders of ball python morphs and enjoy our hobby and would like to give back like some have done for us. We have decided to direct our energy on giving information and growing the community and worry about sales later. We hope to gain your friendship and trust and maybe someday you may be a customer. We did not want to make this all about making a buck. We are very passionate about the reptile industry and really enjoy our hobby.We hope you join the message board and come share or learn whichever you choose. i have a idea.... is there a place you can post reptile events in california?? they are far and few few but i would like to know about them if i can drive a hour or two to go to them like the sacramento reptile expo comming up in september. maybe even smaller events. or how about pick a day to go herping in local places and try to find snakes or any herps.... just a thought man. hope this site grows for ya.

Keep up the good work Bryan. The site is already looking better than from a few days ago when I first joined. I really like the new way that the sections are organized. It makes things easier to locate. The boa section is always a big plus too. ;D

I will also be reformatting our website and adding articles for reading. I hope to work on a feed card in word you will be able to download. I am working on a chat also but have had issues with the chat I hope to resolve soon. The boa pics are great and we appreciate your involvement. I will have a few questions for you as soon as I have a gravid boa!
