het pied markings??

so i did a bit of research and found that het pied balls supposedly have two lines that go down the tail towards the vent, and a clear belly. well i just bought a 66% het female from brian at bhb and she has it on one side but not the other, is this a good sign?

i watched a vid with ralph davis and he said if u sell het pieds because they dont have two stripes on the vent its stupid because it doesnt change the genetic makeup of the pied gene
